Within the building trade there is always the need for use of other trades. For some projects that are multi- trade, South London Refurbishments can offer a fully project managed service.

It has taken us a while to build up a network of trusted and proven subcontractors. These are tradesmen we fully endorse and most importantly, who share the same work ethic and deliver the same level of professionalism as ourselves.

This means we can fully manage the entire project. Starting by discussing your initial ideas and then by working with our Architect, turn these ideas into plans to be passed by the local authority. We will then complete all stages of construction, employing the relevant trades as the project progresses. South London Refurbishments will fully liaise with the customer throughout this process.

If you have your own Architect or some of your own tradesmen we are happy to offer you as much or as little of this service as you need.
